1 position:
PSG Supervisor within PSG located in Taiwan.
Job Description:
- Conduct initial / onsite FA that helps FA center to identify the root cause and come up with corrective actions (s) in the succeeding FA equipment readiness
- Act as a primary interface with customers, informing FA progress, presenting FA result (root cause & corrective actions), addressing action items
- Timely communication with relative team for customer concerns/quality issues/etc
- Develop service providers' network covering Taiwan
- Act as a primary interface with customers for any quality/technical related issues, and hold regular meeting with customers to build up closer working relationship
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering/Electrical and Computer Engineering
- 5 years relevant working experience in supervisory role
- Strong sense of customer orientation
- Knowledge of RMA Process
- Hands on experience with switching mode power supply design and repair
- Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team
- Good analytical skills and problem solving skill
- Good team player
- Good oral and written communications in Mandarin and English
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel
