Quality and Supply Production Leader / Textile and Synthetic Upper component in Essensole (Shoes components)
Mission:
Control quality in 4 steps: Sample / Industrial sample / Head & mass production
Ensure the availability and reliability of referencing data and Cost+ prices
Make the production planification to ensure the models availability
Manage component stock supply and optimization
Help suppliers to make continuous improvement in quality and supply performance (Leadtime reduction, physical flows reliability, deliveries...)
Work according to the project method
Source, select and manage suppliers
Implement a purchasing policy
Negotiate to lower the cost
Profile:
Bachelor degree or equivalent, majored in textile engineering (or high polymer chemistry)
Advantage in 2~3 years working experience on textile or synthetic leather component, familiar with factory operation and quality management, experience in footwear process will be highly appreciated
Good quality, development and colour control experience and skills (inspection, problem resolution, supplier assurance management)
Good negotiation and communication (technical and commercial) skills
Work autonomy and independently under pressure, like to face new challenge
Proficiency in spoken and written English
