ACTING COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT TO THE REPRESENTATIVE OF ALBERTA TAIWAN OFFICE
Two Months Contract (From August 20th to October 23rd, 2009)
The Canadian Trade Office in Taipei is looking at hiring one Acting Commercial Assistant. Successful completion of university degree required; fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin required, ability to communicate in Taiwanese an asset; good computer skills (including knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint and e-mail software) required; knowledge on web-page management desired; 2 to 3 years experience as Personal Assistant or another related field required; knowledge of general office procedures and practices; experience, studying or working in Canada desirable. Candidates must be able to meet deadlines, work independently, be self-motivated, have good organizational skill, interpersonal skill. Have good understanding of Taiwan market and economy an asset.
